15. WEBSITE CONTENT AND DATABASE PROTECTION. PROHIBITION OF WEB SCRAPING, DATA EXTRACTION AND COPYING TOOLS

15.1. The website www.doktordiely.sk (hereinafter referred to as the Website), its content, databases, their structure, arrangement of data, product catalogues, information on goods and their parameters, prices, stock information, photographs, descriptions, technical information, search results, categories, identification numbers, as well as other data presented on the Website and their entirety are protected under the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
15.2. The manager of the Website and the maker of the database is UAB GYVENIMO JŪRA, legal entity code 302580398, registered office at Krymo g. 18-31, LT-78295, Šiauliai, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Company), unless stated otherwise in respect of specific content or data.
15.3. Without the Company's prior written consent, it is prohibited to collect, scan, extract, copy, transfer, index, systematically analyse, reproduce, store, transmit, publicly disclose or otherwise re-use the data on the Website or any part thereof by any technical, automatic, semi-automatic or other means.
15.4. In particular, without the Company's prior written consent, it is prohibited to use any web scraping, web crawling, data scraping, data mining, automated browsing, automated data extraction or similar technologies, tools, programs, robots, scripts, bots, API requests or other automated solutions whose purpose or actual result is the collection, scanning, extraction, systematic accumulation or transfer of the Website's data to another system, database, website, catalogue or other information system.
15.5. The prohibition applies to the collection of the entire Website or the entire Company database, a substantial part thereof, as well as repeatedly or systematically extracted insubstantial parts of data, where such actions conflict with normal use of the Website or infringe the Company's legitimate interests.
15.6. Without separate permission of the Company, it is prohibited to use the data available on the Website for the creation, supplementation, updating or operation of competing websites, e-shops, product catalogues, price comparison systems, search engines, databases, commercial offers or other commercial information systems.
15.7. It is also prohibited to copy or systematically collect product codes, OEM numbers, manufacturer codes, product names, technical parameters, fitment information, prices, stock levels, photographs, descriptions and other data presented on the Website with the aim of using them in one's own or third parties' commercial activities, unless such use is expressly permitted by the Company.
15.8. The transfer, copying or re-use of the Website's database or its content without the Company's permission may be regarded as an infringement of the Company's database rights, copyright, other intellectual property rights and other legitimate interests. Depending on their nature and circumstances, such actions may be treated as unlawful data extraction, unlawful use of a database and (or) acts of unfair competition.
15.9. A natural or legal person who, without the Company's consent, performs the actions specified in these Rules must cease the infringement and, where applicable, remove the illegally copied, extracted or otherwise used data. The Company shall have the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect losses incurred due to such infringement, as well as to exercise other remedies provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
15.10. Upon detecting unlawful automated collection of the Website's data, the Company shall have the right to immediately restrict or block the relevant IP addresses, user accounts, technical access or other identified means of access, as well as to collect and store technical data necessary for establishing a possible infringement and defending its rights.
15.11. Visiting and normal use of the Website does not grant the visitor or any other person the right to copy, extract, systematically collect or otherwise re-use the data on the Website for commercial or other purposes exceeding normal use of the Website.
15.12. The restrictions established in this section do not limit the exceptions and rights mandatory under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, which the Company cannot lawfully restrict by contractual terms.
15.13. By using the Website, the visitor confirms that he/she has read these Rules and undertakes to comply with them. Any use of the Website's data that does not comply with these Rules and the applicable laws may be a ground for the Company to take legal actions to defend its infringed rights and legitimate interests.
15.14. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to apply to the competent authorities and (or) the court regarding unlawful use of the Website's content or database, including demands to cease unlawful actions, eliminate their consequences and compensate the damage caused to the Company, as well as to apply other remedies provided for by law.
